First leg of the trip is from Broome, to Gibb River Road via Derby. It's
4 a.m. and I'm too tired to write anything at this particular moment.
All shots taken with an EOS-3 with either 28-135mm F3.5-5.6 IS USM or 70-200mm F2.8L on Kodak E100VS film.
This is Cable Beach, Broome. Needless to say, this is one of W.A.'s prime beaches. Photo taken during low tide at about 10:30 a.m.
And a few kilometres from Cable Beach, we have Gatheume Point.
Here's mum at Gatheume Point.
Here's the fun part of the trip. Driving/camping along a 673km 4WD track called "The Gibb River". Our first camping spot is just outside Windjana Gorge.
Walking along the gorge cracks of Windjana, you'll see very impressive cliffs such as these.
It's a nice and easy walk, even young kids tag along.
Walking out of Windjana Gorge...tourist season as may have noticed.
